And I'm a size woman …
I take one about 1520 minutes before I go to bed and it seems to be working just fine however I've never used melatonin before and I am 66 years old so if you've been taken it for quite a while one may not do for you since it's only 3 mg. Happy sleeping.

Great flavour
This flavour is great alternative to classic mint quick dissolve. It's nice to have options for flavours. Some people hate mint at bedtime!
