Rock a bye baby...
I was first given melatonin when I was in rehab after a hip replacement and had difficulty falling/staying asleep. It worked like a charm. I have dysphagia (a swallowing disorder) and also take a lot of medications so I appreciate that they're quick dissolve. The berry flavor is also a plus. And since they come 180 to the package they'll last me a long time. Finally, for the price, I must say they simply can't be beat!
