Melatonin Elderberry DropIns Cherry Flavor By Kal - 2 Ounces

I'm an adult, but I bought this for me. Most melatonin supplements out there are in waaaay too unnecessarily high dosages. This version allows me to take just a couple drops. If i take a "normal" (read: over) dose of melatonin, they all help me fall asleep, but not necessarily stay asleep, and whether I get enough sleep or not, it makes me feel groggy and brain foggy the next day. Tiny microdoses don't do that. I don't use this frequently, as I find L-tryptophan works better all around for me (I got them both at the same time, so experimented with them).

I bought this for my late father, who suffered from dementia and couldn't have night time sleep and had high anxiety. He didn't want to accept any tablet, I bought this liquid melatonin to help him relax in the evening and was able to sleep peacefully for at least 6 hours at night. We put it in his water as the taste is quite gentle, and the dosage was enough to make him relax at night. It comes with a small size, but he just needed several small drops of liquid, so it doesn't matter.

These work well, usually need to go back for 2nd dose but then that does the trick. Nice taste

I have finished the first bottle, I was looking for an aid to sleep and I don't need large dosis of Melatonin. This liquid formula acts in about 15min and have good flavor.

It taste nice. Good for falling asleep, however not for staying asleep.

Melatonin drops, good value for money, the strength was what i wanted and sits the same as other brands i have used. the flavor is very sweet. i love the glass bottle.
