my preferred melatonin. Im pretty sensirive to added ingredients as I have mcas caused from mold, food intolerances, sensitivities. but im ok with this melatonin. it doesnt taste bad either. most supps i tolerate are exoenaive so nice to have one that is not expensive and I do well with.

Great product!! Very mild and helps to fall asleep. No grogginess in the morning. I take it when getting into bed as it takes me about an hour to fall asleep
