But had bizarre dreams near my usual 9 hour wake time. . I havent dreamed in ages. Used 4 pea sized amounts, Rubbed in 2 on each leg from thigh to bottom of feet. .

Falling asleep really is not my problem; it's staying asleep all night that I have trouble with. I wake up anywhere between 2-4 wide awake and have problems with getting enough deep sleep. I wear a Fitbit and I rarely get more than 30 minutes deep sleep.

I'm sleeping a bit longer without disruption. I gave it only 3 stars because I haven't used the product very long yet. I do love that I don't feel " drugged" in the morning. I like that it is applied topically and has a pleasant lemony aroma.

The cap on both products in tubes broke off on the first use & the lid is difficult to open . . . and the cap does not securely fit back on. Therefore it's hard to control the amount of product dispensed & is causing a lot of cream to be wasted. It's so frustrating !
