Melissa & Doug Wooden Blend & Bake Mixer Toy Play Set for Boys and Girls Ages 3+

We adore this set. Mommy is always in the kitchen baking so the boys were beyond excited to receive their own mixer to make cookies! They use it everyday! Like any other Melissa and Doug toy it's well made and it will be able to take a beating for years to come. Comes with adorable cookies and a few other accessories! I love that it lifts up just like my mixer. I also love that it's battery free so it really allows for imagination to go wild! I highly recommend this toy to all littles!

My son is obsessed with his little kitchen and I think he has spent as much time with this mixer in the last few days than he has with his kitchen in the last few years. If he could sleep with it...I think he would. This mixer does NOT take batteries, which I personally prefer because 1)it doesnt make noise and 2)we go through batteries in our house like nobody's business. It's a little hand crank that spins the mixer. The mixing part and the blade are plastic and the rest is wood. The arm tilts up and down and you can turn the power knob in a complete circle with no clicking. The additional ingredients included are exactly what you need on the ingredient card. I do worry that maybe the "cookie mix" box may be stepped on at some point and get destroyed, however it is a bit thicker cardboard than expected. Being able to split the egg in half that is attached together by velcro is a nice touch

This little set is amazing. I love that its wood and not cheap plastic. I really recommend this product especially if you have rough little ones. This product wouldn't be easy to break or tear up. You would definitely get your moneys worth out of this product it well worth the price.

Melissa and Doug toys are just the best, and this Blend and Bake Mixer Set is no different! What I love the most about Melissa and Doug toys are that they are made out of wood, giving you a good feeling about how safe they are for your kids. I love that you don't have to worry about these being made from yucky plastic. Also, because the pieces are wood, this playset is super durable and will hold up to all kinds of rough kid play. My two daughters have a play kitchen that they love to use this bake set in. The mixer arm can even lift up and crank to spin the mixer. My girls love this feature because they feel like they're actually baking. The dial at the bottom of the mixer even moves for interactive play. This set has 10 pieces to make pretend chocolate chip cookies. The best part about this is that it functions well with the other pretend food we have so that it can be used in a variety of different ways. My daughters will play with this for hours and pretend to make cookies next to me, which I love because we get to hang out together. This is such a fun, durable, and creative play set any kid would love!

Melissa and Doug has another fun toy in this mixer playset. It features a wooden and painted stand mixer style toy that is operated by a hand crank on the side, which is easy for kids to use. The mixer part can be raised or lowered just like a real one, which helps get the mixing bowl in and out. Kids can pretend to add mix from the paper box, crack an egg in half, add the wooden pat of butter, and mix, mix, mix. There is also a provided recipe card. Pretend the dough is done, place small tray in a pretend oven, and it comes out with two wooden included chocolate chip cookies. My kids love playing with this set alongside their pretend kitchen. The only thing I would like is more pretend cookies and a larger cookie pan or two of the small ones. Overall, we really like this playset!

As a parent/grandparent I've always loved Melissa and Doug products. They are very good quality wooden products. My grandson loves the interactive dials, the crank, the bowl and the mixer blade. This set encourages reading and following instructions. He made cookies for his sister and the whole family and then he wants to make real cookies.

My granddaughter loves this set. It's a great addition to her lil kitchen and she also likes to bring it out when we are baking. The items are not cheaply made. If you have a lil one that loves playing in their lil kitchen or likes helping when baking this will make a great addition.

The Melissa and Doug products didn't disappoint with their mixer set!! When the mixer set came in the kids we're so excited!! The mixer looks like my kitchen aid mixer. It even came with a recipe card and a mat. Super cute and very well made!! I would definitely recommend the Melissa and Doug mixer set!!

My daughter loves this play toy to look like she is baking and cooking. She copies her mom when trying to cook with this playset. She literally cant stop playing with this. It's made out of good quality and seems very durable. We enjoy all melissa and Doug products and have many others. You should get this for your little girl and she will definitely enjoy it.

The Melissa and Doug mixer is sturdy, made of wood and perfect for little hands. My kids love this toy, providing lots of creative play.
