This has saved my neck!
This has saved my neck! I'm a side sleeper and have Unilateral Vestibular Hypofunction and this has made it so I can actually sleep. It stays cool and doesn't "matt down" or flatten. It won't cure you but it will provide a lot of relief. I highly recommend this pillow.

Regular size mellow pillow
I could say it's very comfortable and I have slept very good. I've had it for a week so my review is for the short span. I don't know how my pillow will feel in a year but i guess i'll find out.
