Great product and fairly easy to understand assembly directions. Took me a few hours with a drill that had a torque setting (set at 1-2), along with a PH2 and a 4mm hex drive bit (5/32” works too). (Do NOT use a drill that doesn't have a torque setting). One of the pieces of wood was cracked, in which I emailed Memomad and the rep got me a replacement part within a few days, and were really pleasant to work with. (Also wouldn't recommend putting the bed together over any shaggy/loose carpet, as you'll pinch the fabric between the wood components when fastening together - if you must, use a box-cutter to cut some cardboard from the packaging and set between the carpet and wood.) We love the look and storage options.

Best storage bed ever! A lot of compartments and very functional. I am looking for buying the headboard too.

Very cheap quality. Not sure if it's wood. Scratches so easily, that impossible to assemble without damaging. Smells so terrible, third day under fans, open windows and can't get rid of this stinky smell! Save your money and time and nerves! Does not worth a penny! I'd rather go with simple iron rails and return this, trying to do so! One piece from shelf is missing(%2310). big shelves edges don't touch corners, so you gave shelves that are open partially! in one word it a crap.
