I bought them for both my parents. Dads works fine but after 2 months moms started not working. It was working fine then it would not turn on one day. It keeps happening. one day turns on the next day it wont. It will work fine for a bit then it wont. I called the warranty dept number but they said it was never registered and I did it myself. I am happy with the one i got my dad but as for my moms, I'm not happy at all. I am very disappointed with the fact that I was basicly called a liar about the warranty registration and thankful that we kept moms fire tablet as she uses that when the memorex tablet decides not to turn on. I called walmart and they told me that they could not take it back as it was purchased on line and it was more than 30 days. I bought them on the Walmart site so I should have been able to return it to Walmart store. I was told to contact Memorex for warranty coverage and that they would probably replace it for me but was told it wasnt registered with them. Im done with buying electronics from Walmart. I will take my business to Best Buy where they dont call me a liar.

Will not work with online conference like zoom meeting. Took to Best Buy geek squad for help they advised there is a known problem with the speakers with this manufacturer. Do not buy if you are using for online video conferencing. Customer service no help.

My review has nothing to do with the unit. The unit was fine. It was a seller I purchased this item got it home and it was used been disassembled. All scratched up with the front was removed off from the tablet and reassembled. So I returned it got my money back and ordered another one.

Purchased a new unit with extended warranty and item was used and we could not login as we required password. So now I have drive 50 mins each way and hope there is one in store for my granddaughter birthday.
