The cushion is exactly what I thought it would be and it really supports my MIL's lower back (she is 93) It is a little smaller than I thought it would be but, that is my fault. I should have looked at tape measure first.

Lumbar pillow gives the back a great feeling
Taking the product out of the box, it seemed unimpressive; the slip cover was loose and wrinkled. I was disappointed at the appearance. However, when I actually used the pillow, my back felt like it was taking a refreshing drink. The pillow quickly conforms and supports right where I needed it. Cons: the elastic strap is a little wimpy for a long life of stretching over a chair back, but this is something I can live with.

Memory Foam Lumbar Cuchion
This is a great product that gives good support. The only problem I have is that it is hot after a while - no breathing fresh air. Of course I've been told to take breaks from working and walk around so this gives me another reason to do so.

The cushion serves its purpose, however, it does not hang on the chair (use) with the elastic band very well. It would be better if it had an adjustable band.

Not thick enough
Since I ordered this on line and was not sure of the sizes of it - I should have kept the box intact and returned it. Not nearly thick enough. The height and wideth as fine but would have preferred it to be thicker.

My only complaint about the product is that the elastic band that is designed to hold the cushion in place against the back of the seat is way too short. I cannot stretch the band enough to get the cushion where it needs to be. As a result I have to reset the cushion each time I get into the car which is a nuisance. Once in place it works great.

Memory foam lumbar
The quality of the foam is pretty good but the center average thickness is only about 1-1/2 inches and will reduce down to half that with body pressure. I use a second pillow behind this. I would only recommend this to a friend if they were aware if the thickness.

Poor because it is smaller that picture appears and so it doesnt fit lower lumbar region
