This product does work for me. I am always hot at night and wake up sweating. It has decreased my night sweat/hot flashes, and my mood has improved. I would definitely try this again, and will be purchasing once this bottle is empty.

Well, it has eased my hot flashes to a couple a night instead of a lot so I guess I would recommend it as I will continue to use it.

I felt the same and didn't feel more mentally clear or moods changing. I still felt bloated at times. I think maybe I expected too much of it. It might not be for me but might work for someone else! They are decent size but easy to swallow. If you don't like larger pills just open it up and pour the beads into some yogurt.
