Men's Illuminator Digital Watch A178WA-1A

Had this exact watch for 8 years and loved it. Happy to have found the exact replacement. Buttons are easy to navigate and the display is large enough to easily see.

Last one I had before this [the previous model but looks identical] lasted over 20 years [still had original battery]. The case band pin hold container broke off of case but the watch still kept good time. Band is slightly shorter than previous which was good for me. Quick delivery. Nice watch.

I like the large easy to read display and the stainless steel band that will last a long time. I also like the ten year battery

I do not want to spend a lot on a watch. I need to be able to see the time, not search the internet and check my email, etc. I recognize the Casio name, so I expected good quality, and that is what I have seen so far.

it ia good watch for its price but it came without instructions and the band around the wrist is extended to the max making it difficult to put on.

I'm 87 yrs old and found the clasp of the watch band extremely difficult to use. I owned the original Casio digital watch that had a much easier clasp to use. It had one continous band with a folding clasp that allowed an easy way to put the wrist through it. Then by folding clasp it locked into place. The one I'm reviewing has two sections to the band and requires an awkward maneuver to lock the clasp. If it is not closed securely, which I foundvery difficult, the watch would fall to the ground. It looks lovely, the watch functions well, but the watchband is too difficult for me to use. BTW, the instruction booklet is hard to read and difficult to follow for setting time. If I didn't use an earlier Casiomodel from the 1980s, it would be had to set all the elements for correct date, hour and minutes. I returned the Casio Men's Illuminator Digital Watch, Silvertone Bracelet several days after it arrived at my local Walmart. It was bought oinline.
