To say I am disappointed is an understatement. we purchased these shoes for my daughter for Christmas. She wore them a hand full of times and went to tie them yesterday and the lace loop shredded... it didnt break off ...it shredded. I am very disappointed and so is she as these shoes were not cheap and they were the only ones she had.

I received my order for NEW Nike Air 270s and to my surprise when I opened the box I found a pair of USED shoes. Yes they were the size and color but literally USED....I was shocked and in disbelief. I contacted 800-walmart, who verified I ordered new shoes and started the return process. I was told I'd hear from the seller in 48 hours but that was over a week ago. Overall experience was extremely poor and again shocking - I received USED shoes. Crazy....

The vendor sent me the wrong pair of shoes yet still charged me full price. Instead, they sent some older and uglier shoes that we're probably just collecting dust in their inventory. They have not responded to my messages. I highly advise to anyone to stay away from doing any business with this vendor. I also recommend that Walmart discontinues working with a shady vendor. Very disappointed in this cheap service.
