I placed my order on December 7. I then received a message saying that my order was delayed. I requested a refund on December 14 and tried emailing the seller multiple times. December 16 I called them directly. The lady with whom I spoke said that she could not refund my money because it was scheduled to be shipped that very day. Curious about why I don't see a notification that it was shipped. Then she told me that it had a scheduled delivery date for December 25th. I had to remind her that was Christmas Day! Then she said the 26th! I ordered this for a CHRISTMAS gift, not an AFTER Christmas gift!!!🤬🤬 What a crappy way to do business! The company address is listed in Jacksonville Florida and the delivery address is right next to it! Buyers beware!!! This is definitely not a seller you want to do business with... I should contact the B.B. B... Walmart should be ashamed of promoting this seller
