As a 69 year old post-mastectomy cancer patient, I was desperate for something that I could use other than the mastectomy bras which are really designed for 30 or 40 year old woman and not for someone old as me. One day I threw on one of my husband's Comfort Soft tank tshirts, and the idea came to me. I made a pattern of a large pocket, from cutting up one tank, to be sewn and filled with poly-fill. Soft as can be. The pocket has an unsewn 1 and a half " edge at the top and the poly-fill is easily removed for washing the shirt, and to be placed in the next shirt in the morning. The tail of the shirt is long, allowing it to be tucked in the waistband and keeping the pocket from shifting. These are my every day go-to's. The mastectomy prosthesis and bra (no comfort there) will have to be used when the Queen of England invites me to the next ball. Thank you. Thank you. Nan Smith

I bought these to wear under my work shirts for those days when it's too cool for just a shirt but too warm for a regular t-shirt, They do the job perfectly. Plus they feel great!

I bought these for my son and he wears them all the time. He says that the Hanes tank is the best fitting and most comfortable of all brands available.

i swear the package i got was different than what i bought !! i bought a pack of all black but when i received it it was assorted ! i didn't want gray because i have bad water and washing clothes at my house turns the gray ones brown

The tanks themselves are soft, fit well, and make the perfect undershirt. However, I absolutely hate that I cannot buy a pack with only black tanks. I don't want gray, but I have no choice as a customer. I'm stuck buying two tanks I won't use in every package.

The shirts are great. I almost did not buy them, though, because of this line in the online ad: - Convenient 4-pack could include all black, all grey or a combination of the two colors -. I wanted two colors, but apparently Hanes wants it their way; paternalistically deciding what is good for me. With annoyance, I went ahead and ordered anyway. Fortunately I got two of each. Seems like an easy thing to fix.

Substantially thinner than the ones I bought ~5 years ago, and poor surging at the shoulders leaves a bad fit and finish appearance. Size is approximately correct for a relatively snug (in this case, proper) undergarment fit.

Sorry but these were so small! About 6 inches wide and just really undersized so not that happy. They were also supposed to be "assorted" but came in all grey. Not cool.

I have a problem with sizing. I ordered Large, which is my go to size, but after wearing 3 pair, over the course of 2 weeks, I realized that my "large" and their "large" are different. I bought 2 four packs and are stuck with them because they are too tight. I will know better the next time.
