No drugs. 8 hours or more of continuous heat.
This is the best heat patch I've ever used. Doesn't contain any drugs and lasts at least 8 hours, some even to 12 hours. Have been using WellPatch for several years now. Was buying it from Vitacost in the US but the product is not allowed to be shipped to Canada any longer. Sure hope Walmart continues to carry it. Just some advice: Clean skin with alcohol before applying the patch, which ensures it will stay on for hours.

portable heating pads
These are the best help for my back when I overdo - they help my sore hip and shoulder as well - bring the blood flow to those joints to help relieve the pain. The only problem is the cost of delivery - that is incredibly high.

Very good product for pain relief
This product works exceptionally for localized pain that you would have a problem getting a heating pad to. I have muscle spasms on the outside of my lower legs and this is the only thing that works to relieve them. They actually hold heat longer than they say they will, I can keep them on for about 12 hours and still get the warmth that gives me relief from the spasms. I use them all of the time when gardening, I also use them on my back.
