Mercer Cutlery Ultimate White 6" Curved Boning Knife

First time I've used a boning knife and picked a good one. Very sharp, easily cuts, easy to clean, handle is comfortable. Just wanted a basic knife, not some fancy boxed thing and it fits the bill perfectly. Great value too. Highly recommended.

great knife! inexpensive and I bought 2 one to have at home and one for meat processing out and on the go. The only thing that is not the best is the grip on the handle it tends to be a slippery when wet when cutting up meat if it gets on the handle but its not horrible just could be improved

This knife is very sharp and cuts easily. I use it to slice, chop and trim meat. It's to long to use for peeling. I'm happy with this knife.
