[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I've had shavers that could technically do a closer shave, those same razors also had a habit of nicking the skin. Meridian was the most comfortable shaver I have ever used and I went everywhere below the neck with it. Everywhere. I would not have trusted any other shaver with that - it was unbelievably comfortable. Had not a single knick the entire shave, and the led light on it - definitely worth the extra $$ for. Highly recommend! And everyone who asks about how I got my legs looking so good - I'm referring them to Meridian :) Well done ya'll , this is a knockout product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had one of these razors a few years ago. Loved it, lost it at a hotel. Tried out the manscaped razor and I have replaced it twice. I decided to go back to this razor, very happy with it, also love the colors!
This little shaver has been a life saver for me! As someone with very sensitive skin and prone to razor bumps, I was looking for something to give me a smoother shave without having to worry about the side effects. This is not only easy to use, but the charge lasts months, there is a light so you can easily make you are know where you are trimming, and its waterproof! I really enjoyed the fact there is a built in guard with four levels, I only docked one star because the teeth on the guard are very sharp! I had to file them down a bit with a nail file so I didn't poke myself and break skin. I was given this product in exchange for my honest review.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the original meridian trimmer a couple years ago and loved it. I bought the plus for the light and travel lock features, as well as usb-c charging, but it is harsher and sharper than the original and doesn't seem to get as easy of a close shave as the original. It also seems to gather the hair inside the blade and get clogged up more easily. Stick with the meridian original for the best shave.
I've had two of these razors: the first I purchased was replaced under warranty due to a charging issue THE FIRST TIME IT WAS CHARGED, and the replacement already does not hold a battery charge. Both razors underwent minimal use and stayed out of a wet environment while not in use. Product doesn't not last, and warranty only covers one year regardless of usage. When the product works, it's great, but the quality and longevity is not there.
I got swept up in the gimmick. I had mine for less than a year (8-9 months approx) and it's stopped working. It started charging weirdly (had to be at the perfect angle) after about 6 months. The guard was never comfortable. The whole thing felt cheap from the start. The only nice thing is the light and the cute colors. I'm trying a philips 7000 instead which seems like a higher quality version of this without the colors and the hype.
charger hub stopped working. directly plugging usb cable to only charges half the time. battery life down to 5 minutes of run time from no over charging. guide doesn't clip properly and slides to down to the lowest setting with the slightest pressure then the clip broke easily.
I bought one and I loved it. It failed just outside the warranty. They would not replace it. I liked it enough that I decided to buy another one and throw the broken one out.The new one worked great for a while. Then it died too. I use them maybe once a month. Sorry but these are garbage. Will never buy another one again. Do your research people
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the trimmer in June of 2024 and it will not hold a charge anymore. Doesn't work with the charging dock or USB-C port, remains blinking on the lowest setting. The performance was fine, rarely ever had a hair pulled out (usually when the blade dulled or the battery was dying) and never nicked. The shave will not be as close as a traditional razor or beard trimmer tho. I don't recommend this trimmer. Guaranteed to have issues after a year (and the warranty is a year). If this hasn't persuaded you, at the very least buy the extended warranty if available.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I was very underwhelmed at how it didn't provide a close, smooth shave. I didn't see that information anywhere when I ordered it. Then, when it came, the instructions said it didn't shave close to the skin. Instead, it says it will give you a "clean shave look" or something like that. I'm blonde, so maybe that will be true for me, but I can't imagine that being true for people with darker hair. I really wish that I didn't spend my money on this product, and bought from another brand instead. On the bright side, the sage green color is very cute, and I liked the charging dock a lot.
