I had thoroughly researched this product and received exactly what I had anticipated. It comes with one German made blade. Combined with the weight of the razor this gives the most comfortable, closest and long lasting shave I've ever had. I highly recommend.

I was shipped the wrong razor, but it was an upgrade. The Merkur 39c I received is usually more expensize than the 38c I ordered.

Really like this razor. Good length and weight which helps because I shave my head also. Handle is a tad slippery but not enough to complain about but loses 1 star for that. Not too aggressive which is also good, for me at least.

After I started using it I didn't realize that the razor head was bent. Cut my face really bad. It will be returned.
