Merkury Innovations Portable Handheld Video Game Console with 200 Classic Games

I bought this for my six-year-old grandson to use on vacation. I bought a fanny pack for him to keep this game some gum and hard candy to keep him occupied on the airplane ride. It was perfect size, the battery lasted a long time, and there were so many choices of games. You cannot beat it for the price.

We bought for our pre-school age grandson. He likes having a video game like the big kids. The older kids liked playing it too. The titles of the games and the outside of the game are in English. The instructions and wording in the game are not. For $10 it was a good value. It's rechargeable and came with all you need to recharge and connect to a tv or monitor. The battery does run down pretty quick so that helps with their screen time.

Its a fun little game to mess around with but its not very high quality. The whole system is very cheap and the battery life is very poor. But it is fun to play and has a lot of games, the 200 games is a lie tho as there are multiple repetitive games listed more then once. for $9.88 you really cant go wrong though. It runs in a standard Nokia phone battery so it is easy upgradable if you want to spend the money but to pay for a new battery thats worth more then the whole system you'd probably be better off buying 2 and using the battery from the 2nd as a spare instead. And don't get your hopes up on games because theres no mario at all no "real" Pokémon and no other popular games, but there are still some fun choices. Id give it 3.5 stars but i gave it 4 because 3.5 wasn't a choice.

I bought this as a stocking stuffer for my 5 year. It had a large selection of games for the price and he loved playing, however, it does not have a very good battery. After a week of playing it regularly, the battery stopped fully charging and wouldn't charge up enough to play it anymore.

I purchased this as a stocking stuffer for a child in CPS care and got one for myself as well. It has a lot of games, and while there are a few old popular games I recognize, most are games I've never seen. I paid about $10 for the console and I'd say it was worth $10. It was a good stocking stuffer, but not much more.

it's so cheaply made, it feels like it's going to break just by holding it. It says there are 200 games on there but several of the games are listed 3 or 4 times, so it has more like 25 games. None of the games are worth playing. I wasn't expecting much from this to begin with, but it's even worse than my lowest expectations. Don't waste your money.

To start, this does not have 100 games. Several are duplicated 2,3 times. The build quality is horrible. I know it's $12 bucks, but if I'm honest, the quality is just low and cheap. The games seem to play fine. If you're getting this for 6 - 8 yr old it's a nice gift that's inexpensive. Otherwise, R recommend a big PASS.

Terrible product I know you get what you pay for but it didn't even last 24 hours both broke in different ways one wouldn't turn off unless you removed the battery and the other wouldn't turn on no matter how long you charged it. Would not recommend would give zero stars if I could.

I had this delivered because I was told it wasn't in the store. It was. Charged 7$ because I didn't spend a certain amount. I had to return it to the store because it didn't work properly. I didn't receive my 7$ fee back and wanted to know why it didn't go both ways since I had to bring the item back for not working correctly. Why didn't I get to charge the store for the same 7$ fee when I had to return it.

Terrible product Upon receiving from my son's birthday , I charged it so he would be able to play a game instead within minutes it started overheating burnt plastic smell pulled off charge removed battery and still circuit board turned brown with a awfully odor smoke coming out. seriously dissatisfied . Some parents cant afford 500 game systems so much for modern technology been better off finding a antique Gameboy
