started using multi spectrum white lights, (happy lights) for several years. extremely helpful in the winter with S.E.D.. and I love the portability.

The lack of absorbing natural sunlight becomes evident quickly. Having this light is definitely a game changer. Using it for just an hour a day really does help revitalize my energy levels. I had done some reading up about the benefits and thought it would help me with some issues I'm having as an outcome from pain such as not sleeping well and lack of energy during the day. The light is simple to understand right out of the box, a light, a cord and a wall plug. Comes with a 3-4 small page institutional guide. Super Simple. Has a timer that can be set from 15 minutes up to an hour. A wide range of light from warm to cool. It'll take a few times to get adjusted to what's comfortable for you but the results are well worth it. Sit back with your light on about a foot and a half and relax! I highly recommend this product! Recommend for everyone.

I had no idea something like this existed. So it was interesting to try it to see if it worked. It actually works for me. I get a little zip of energy and calmness when I use this lamp. My daughter did believe that it worked so I let her try it and she loved it so we went and bought her one for her house.

I live in the Midwest, where the winter last approx. 5 months of clouds, snow, and wind, which I don't enjoy being out. The lamp does not take up a lot of space, so I set it up on a night stand next to my bed. I added it to my morning routine, last thing I do before facing the daily to-do-list. Started on the lowest setting for the shortest time, then bumped it up a notch every week. The part I miss is that is does not give off any flow of heat, that my skin would normally feel when standing in sunlight.

After coming home from work I'm always so wore out and tired, with zero energy. And this winter weather does not help. So, while I have the time to sit and relax for a moment, I use this light for 30 minutes. I can't say it will work a 100 percent, but it sure does help with my mood, and gives me just that little bit of energy to get some stuff done. Or to just simply relax. It has different light settings, lightweight. And doesn't take up much space. Definitely recommend!
