It was wonderful while it worked, the brightness was so much more incredible than my older smart bulb. unfortunately it kept losing connection and it was more of a hassle to constantly reset and repair. so it's back in its cardboard box and it's also more of a hassle to return it as I'm a quadriplegic so I will probably just give it to the good way in its original box with paperwork

I bought a couple of these to use myself and to gift out. when I tested the first one, I immediately ordered more and still am. You just put in the light bulb, it'll blink that means it's in pairing mode. app was EXTREMELY EASY to download, set up, connect, etc the lights could be a bit brighter but for the money, they're awesome. they're easy to manage on the app. I've got 4 connected to mine right now. they have a setting for actions. meaning i can have one set to turn on at 6p with a blue color at 100% brightness and set to turn off at 5a, then another one set at 4p to be green until 10p. you can even move the bulb and it'll still be set as you had it. you can manually turn your light off and it all be set correctly when you turn it back on. (that was one of my biggest worries. but! No worries!) whomever designed the app... Great work! cons- they can sometimes become disconnected or "offline". easy fix. sometimes you just gotta reset the bulb by turning your light off and on 3 times until it's blinking (in pairing mode) also, the lights could stand to be just a smidge brighter. but as someone who hates bright lights..eh not a big deal. they're still bright enough and very colorful

I bought two smart LED bulbs, and the ability to switch from daylight and cool white to warm white and the full RGB color spectrum is fantastic. Just a heads-up: when setting them up in the Merkury Smart app, make sure you're connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network — otherwise, you won't be able to control the colors. One limitation is that the app doesn't let you adjust the speed or rate at which the colors change. My only other note is that the font size in the app is quite small and hard to read, but aside from that, everything works perfectly.

These bulbs are so cool. Being able to change the lighting in the room with the use of an app on your phone is so awesome. You can dim, change to a color and even have the bulbs change colors on their own. These bulbs provide a warm glow and when I use them in my workspace they provide a white light that I can dim. This is also a great bulb to have in a lamp behind your television show you can change the background lighting with the flick of the app.

I only convinced myself to buy them because they were on clearance for a decent price. They just weren't compatible with my current app/phone. (AiDot/iphone13) and I wasn't willing to compromise. So I do recommend to anyone looking for a smart light.

I recommend it if it's at the lowest price point compared to competitors, but it is not on the same level of other brands. Note, it flashes when you plug it in. That is pairing mode to connect the app. It will disappear and be a normal white light if you ignore it. I had issues pairing it to iphone but android it connected no problem. Modes/light settings are very basic but works fine!

Not what I thought it would be. Just a plain white light. Never received the strips at all. Package was empty so cannot bring item back for refund since I never got it. Too late now as Christmas is almost here and decorating is over. Sheila Hodge

I bought four light bulbs for the front of my house. I can get all four to pair, but the same bulb keeps showing offline on the app. I can't seem to get that single bulb to pair properly, while the others are working just fine. it's been more frustrating than it's worth trying to get it to pair and work properly. It's too bad because I really like being able to choose different colors for the holidays. I really wanted to give this product a great review.

Neat bulb, you can change the colors but the app is wonky and alot of the features like the timer seems bugged and fail if you can get them to work at all. This bulb needs wifi to work or perform any of the functions. It has presets but you cant turn down the brightness on the presets, its always 100% other than that its worth the 4 dollars considering the cost of regular bulbs.

The light bulb won't connect to the app. We even split our WiFi to have a 2.4G and a 5G and it wouldn't work. I tried doing resets and everything and still wouldn't work. Contacted Merkury customer service and they didn't help and told me to return it at Walmart and Walmart just says to contact them. Garbage product.
