Was expecting the chair to be larger and better quality.

Wanted to love these! Good price at $199. If you don't have a lot to spend they are great! Comfort is ok. Base is VINYL ….NOT WOOD. I didn't read details close enough. Oops! Overall chairs are eh. But as I said….new for $199 they are a decent deal.

This was one of the worst assembly experiences I have ever had. It was ridiculously complicated. Parts were not aligned correctly. The instructions had huge errors, such as one part being labeled A and then in the next step, the same part was labeled C. This caused confusion. Also, I ordered the chair in grey. The base of the chair is black. They provide this bizarre grey cover with velcro attachments that does not fully fit over the chair and looks like an old, shaggy teddy bear. It simply did not fit correctly over the chair and it looks very cheap. The chair is a lot lower than I expected, as well. But hey, it swivels.

i paid for assembly my husband had to do it i called for refund they said they would refund the assembly cost still haven't got it then a week later you sent somebody to assemble it so not happy with you all at all
