Pros: it lights up beautifully, my daughter can play with it in the bath, very pretty Cons: I had to change the batteries immediately for it to work, it doesn't bend so it can sit and play with other Barbie dolls Overall it was a beautiful Christmas gift that my daughter loves to play with and well worth the price.

I bought my granddaughter this Rainbow Barbie when you put her in the water her tail lights work. She loved it and always takes it in the bath with her when she takes a bath. Great Price free shipping fast delivery

This mermaid doll is very pretty. The tail lights up in different colors and has several different light up modes to choose from. My grand daughter is thrilled with it.

My daughter is almost three, and this is the first Barbie she actively asked for. She is in love with it. She takes it in the bath and carries it around with her all the time. Unfortunately, within a week of buying it, the batteries stopped working. Replacement batteries are quite expensive for this doll. My daughter still likes it, but is quite upset that she doesn't light up anymore. I get that toys will need replacement batteries after a while, but a week? That's not appropriate for a kid's toy. And to add insult to injury, the batteries aren't "normal" and affordable batteries that we normally buy and keep around.

Just purchased this doll for my little girls 4th birthday and it stopped working on the second day. I have replaced the batteries and still does not work. My daughter is not happy with this product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My 5 year old got this Barbie for Christmas from Santa and was sooooo excited! It was a beautiful doll and the lights looked incredible, however the SECOND TIME she took a short bath with it it wouldn't light up! I went online to make sure I was correct in thinking this was a water toy, and discovered that it is supposed to be, but unfortunately ours is not holding up in the water. We are disappointed ☹️

My daughter got this less than a month ago and after the first bath it stopped working. I am actually here on the site to check and make sure I didn't do anything wrong, and I am seeing the same issue with other folks. If your daughter loves this doll please don't put it into any water. She will quit working. :(

My 5 year old was so excited to get this Barbie for Christmas that she wouldn't get out of the bath as she having so much fun! Next bathtime and the doll no longer worked...she's devastated as we thought this doll was to be used in the bath! Feel really let down.....
