small size
website misled us to think this was the regular size paperback, in fact it's only about 4" x 6", hence type size is about 6 point, too small for elderly eyes.

Disorganized Dan Dunderprepared customer service.
Ordered this item by accident. Tried to cancel the next morning. Wal Mart said "we'll try but we can't cancel orders that have already been prepared.". Fair enough. Until A WEEK LATER when they shipped the order. What, did it get packed the femtosecond i ordered it then sit around for a week. Inexcusable.
