Great safe! My second Mesa.
A well constructed and heavy safe. Definitely weighs every bit of 572 lbs. I was able to move it around myself, after romping the door, but wouldn't recommend it This is my 2nd Mesa safe. I bought the MGL24E 2 years ago and love it.

THIS IS A $2000 SAFE AT OTHER SITES. WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY. GET THIS SAFE AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

I like the safe a lot. The Walmart website could use improvement. Better descriptions of merchandise, and the layout overlaps words. Acts like it's designed for mobile use when viewed on a laptop. Had to look the safe up on a different site to find out if it had electrical outlets.

Better out there.
It's definitely an entry level safe. There are certainly much better safes out there. My Liberty safe has much better build quality. The door on this one jiggles when closed and locked makes be doubt it's ability to actually be fire rated. I had to climb over the safe when it was in my hallway... I was surprised how much flex was in the top. You'd think for a 572 lb. safe that it would be solid! If I didn't get such a good price in it with cheap shipping i'd be extremely disappointed.
