Mesa Safe MBF6032C-P Fire Resistant Large Security Safe with Mechanical Dial Lock, Black

Arrived on time, got it set without too much trouble. A part of the handle assembly was inside the locked safe when it arrived, so I had to grab some tools to disengage the bolt once unlocked, but that is the only non-positive comment I have. I like all the door pockets and shelves, and it comes with several electrical outlets inside the safe if you wanted to add interior lights or chargers for flashlights.

Door has some play in it when locked because tolerances aren't as tight as they might be. Other than that, the item is massive, and that by itself is a major selling point. Lock is UL rated and I had no problems with it once I got accustomed to operating it. Nice electric outlet feature. Customer service was American and were above par and easy to get ahold of on the phone when I had questions. It's a Chinese made safe but most of them are these days...even Cannon has stopped producing their safes in San Bernadino. I would not pay $1,600 or whatever they are asking regular price but at discount with ten dollar freight shipping it isn't bad. Be prepared that the shipping company will only deliver outside unless they get an e-mail from WalMart's shipping department authorizing inside delivery. If you want them to deliver up stairs, forget about it.

Like the other buyer and reviewer, the lock combination was not working. I got a good deal from Walmart on this safe, I wanted it to be fixed so I contacted Mesa Company for Warranty. First they made me do plus five and minus five combinations, total 10 different combinations. Then they made me record a video to ensure that I was entering the combinations right. After all the hassle, they would not repair it and asked me to return it to Walmart. This is a huge item, I paid $200 to get the item moved inside the house. Item was shipped and sold by Walmart.

This Safe Is Defactive Fram the Factrive and I have ben trying too get it Open, But even with the Mesa Help we can't open it. The cobernation don't work?
