These are by far our favorite Met-Rx bars in our household. They taste amazing, and they do tend to keep you satisfied until the next meal. I'm usually running out the door in the morning and always forget to take a lunch with me, so I like to keep these at my desk and eat one for lunch.

Because im a skinny person with a high metabolism and these big protein bars help with my weight since they are a 410 calorie replacement in a 100 calorie world is a game changer. Also these ones in the picture aren't the same because I accidentally ate them all because their that good but these ones are just as good. The flavor of both bars are amazing the caramel and cookies and cream bar taste so good I'd buy them again 👍

And it has 30 grams of protein which is great for keeping you full longer. Also I thought it he taste was pretty good compared to other protein bars. It smelled just like a chocolate chip cookie. If you like cookie dough you will really like this!

The chocolate chip cookie dough taste is enjoyable and it definitely tasted better than many protein bars I've tried. However, about halfway through the bar, it's starts developing that distinctive protein bar taste and texture that I personally find difficult to get through. By the end, it felt more like I was forcing myself to finish it rather than enjoying it. Considering the amount of sugar in the bar, I expected the flavor to stay appealing all the way through. That said, it does an excellent job as a meal replacement bar. It's very filling, packs in a good bit of protein, and serves its purpose well. While I probably wouldn't reach for it as a snack, it's a reasonable option when you need something substantial to hold yourself over between meals.

Hello, They changed this item several months ago and I think it ruined the taste ad texture. As a consumer, it is frustrating when a manufacturer changes items that are already near perfect. Of course, that's just my opinion. I am sure there are others who are thrilled with the change. Thank you for the opportunity to review this item.
