I have taken tonalin in the past to build muscle tone, this product has been working very well so far.

These are pretty good. I am eating less. I am not jittery or hungry. I do not have an upset stomach. I am focused on the workouts I do not crave foods i should not have. I noticed my face my scars from acne are clearing up since o took them. I workout. Eat healthy and i feel good. I am seeing a slimmer face and stomac. I like them so far.

Not sure if my hubby's over weight loss is from taking this or not. He hadn't lost any weight first few months taking it, but he his now. But could be cuz he's also eating less and better foods. I recommend checking with your or a Dr first before buying this, especially if have medical issues.

These are just ok cla capsules and there is always a few empty ones in each bottle. The price has went from $9 to $23 dollars in 1 year. Goodbye to this brand.
