Meta Quest 3S 128 GB VR Headset

I absolutely love the Quest 3! I upgraded from my Quest 2, and the difference is so amazing. It has sleeker design and better graphics, which I didn't think was all that important, but it really is! It's so much more crisp, I almost forgot I had a headset on! I definitely recommend it to anyone wondering.

Ordered and delivered from local Walmart. When I revived my package it did not look right. When setting up headset found it it was already used. I contacted Walmart and they said that there was nothing they can do and I was out 300$. Very disappointed in Walmart in handling the situation. I never got a refund or a new headset like I paid for.s

This was a Christmas gift for our daughter and part of it was that it came with a 3month membership. Clearly that did NOT happen! As a brand new never before Meta user or meta quest, we never received the 3 month membership that came with it. We contacted customer service and that was a laugh and a big joke. Overall, not that all impressed.

Bought 3 of these! My kids absolutely love them. Hard to get them off. Battery dies quickly so if you want to let them use it a bit longer I suggest buying a long 10ft charging cable. Other than that it's perfect. I tried it myself and loved it. So cool! Wish things like this existed when I was a kid.

Don't buy from this seller. I ordered 2 headsets with Batman as the title says and I didn't receive the game. I feel the seller is lying to get people to buy from them. I even emailed them and gave 10 days for a response to make it right and got no response back. Other then that I did receive the headsets I could have just bought at my local Walmart at least it would be a honest sell.

the item was left inside my dog lot and was destroyed by the dogs! When i tried to get a refund/or replacement they NEVER sent the form through the mail for me to foll out and ship back to them! They were VERY RUDE at the store when I went there and DIDN'T help me try yo get my money back or a replacement!

The Meta Quest 3S itself is a solid product, but the problem is with the third-party seller Walmart chose to use. This was supposed to include a code for the Batman game, but of course the code was missing. Instead, I ended up spending nearly three hours with Meta support trying to sort it out and finally get access to the game. To make things more frustrating, the headset's serial number apparently didn't qualify for the promotion in the first place. Meta eventually honored it because the item was sold with the expectation that the game was included, but it should not have taken that much effort. Walmart then directed me to deal with their reseller, who was not particularly helpful either. Overall, the experience was far more frustrating than it needed to be. I probably will avoid buying from Walmart third-party sellers in the future, and I'd recommend others be cautious as well.

Becuase it's still in the “order received” at the Potsdam Walmart two hours away. They can't “pick it” even tho they have 6 in stock. So there is some tech issue with Walmart that won't allow them to pick it, won't allow them to cancel it, and won't allow them to refund my $*********

I i received the item at the expected time but I did notice should act that the box had been opened by what seems like a box cutter. I also have noticed that it does not in fact , include the "included software (Batman: Arkham Shadow)" which it advertises. showing that I have to purchase it in full price. Ibought the system with it included as a bundle. I go back to read the details on the item and notice. In one of the pictures, thinking it was directions... turned out to be the dates where the offer was eligible. it was only valid if bought from 9/25/24 through 12/25/25. Its not 2026. My question to the company of Walmart is why are you still selling it as a bundle? Thats not fair and i should ask for some money back without returning the item. Other than that, im happy with the function of it and the graphics. Only is the headstrap was more comfortable.

Recieved the Meta 3S VR, it's pretty cool. However, did not recieve the Batman game promotion. Reached out to Walmart twice in regarding the game. They helped by contacting the seller. They then provided the steps to redeem the game, the steps were incorrect and did not match the Meta Horizon site. We have also reached out to the seller by email and phone. They emailed us back with the same previous steps. Still no game and no phone call.
