Great experience
The shopping experience was very awesome. The product I ordered came in exactly when they said it would i am definitely ordering another product from them and the shipping says it'll be here tomorrow. Very impressed. Will continue shopping here.

I should order a pack of these things. multi pack
it was on time and packaged well. it's just a controller so I guess it would either work or not work, and this one worked just as good as my original one that somehow got smashed. I should really pay more attention to where I'm swinging my arm when I have my headset on. either that or I guess I could start buying these in bulk. probably cheaper if I just pay more attention. not that I smashed it but, I probably smashed it.

DIDN'T WORK
Controller didn't work, i connected it too my so sons VR and it worked for like 2 minutes. soon as my son log in a game it started spinning out of control and didnt stop

Horrible customer service
Product was fine but not compatible with my device. When returning it was a nightmare. Took me several months to get a refund. Several chats with customer service. Over an hour on hold with customer service before I got refund. This seller never even responded to my concerns when I messaged them directly.
