I'm a roofer and I will only use my metabo roofing nailer to shingle, if I can't use a metabo gun I won't do the job, they are that good 👍
es una herramienta que cambio fe nombre pero no de calidad ya que sigue dando los mismos resultados a como empezo no puedo dar malos comentarios ya que xumple en su totalidad en su desempeño de calidad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This nailer has been great. Used it to replace the shingles on my shed without an issue. Will be redoing the entire house later this year. I am confident this nailer will do the job. Very pleased with my purchase.
it is the best roofing nailer on the market today. I have other air guns for different operations such as framing, staple gun. I have been doing carpentry work 33 years. the performance of Hitachi products sometimes depends on where it was made the ones made in Japan are better than the ones made in China
Like this nailer replaced a ridgid with this nailer everything work excellent and fast only thing I don't like about it is it weighs alot more than my ridgid but is the same weight or less than the rest so not a big complaint however did cost alot more than any other nailer I've ever bought but worth it in the end
This thing runs. We had it on s job with 3 other, NEWER roofing nailers. Its was bad weather, cold single digits before wind chill. The other roofing guns couldn't run but a few nails before they stopped working, and this one just kept humming along all day.
I've been using this Metabo roofing nailer on multiple roofing jobs and it has been nothing but solid. It drives nails consistently and flush every time, even on tougher materials. No misfires, no jams — just dependable performance all day. It's lightweight and well-balanced, which makes a huge difference when you're working long hours on a roof. The adjustable depth control is smooth and easy to dial in, and the reload is quick so you're not wasting time. What really stands out is the durability. It feels rugged and built to last, not cheap or flimsy. Whether you're doing repairs or full tear-offs and installs, this nailer keeps up without slowing you down. Overall, Metabo knocked it out of the park with this one. Highly recommend it for anyone in roofing — professional or DIY.
If you're on the roof then you don't want heavy tools. The nailer is light and easy to use. Read the directions and dial a good pressure on your compressor. I used 1-1/4 nails on OSB decking and the nailer ran best at 80 psi. Practice on the ground first if you are DIY. Otherwise, the Metabo is fast and it's easy to load.
This nailer will run circle around any bostich nailer out there bar none. I've had a few of the sub standard so called cheaper nailers that missfire or just put in miss formed nails with deformed heads. I haven't had any problems with this one yet, after around 600,000 nails.
So happy I chose this roofing nailer. My son, my daughter and I all used it for our 1800 sguare foot roof. It performed flawlessly. Very easy to get the correct depth. It shot well with no double taps no matter what technique or lack there of we used. Hitachi engineered a gem. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
