I have a bad habit of not eating veggies. This product popped up in an internet search and I thought it couldn't hurt. Just the name greens drew me to it. I did not expect the results. More energy. Less joint swelling and a huge improvement in my gut. I am on my second order and plan to use it forever.

I received Metabolic Greens Plus in a timely manner and was anxious to start. I continue to use Metabolic Greens which is actually good tasting and because of the healthy ingredients, Add a small amount of the mixture in water gradually and it will mix better.

After using Metabolic Greens for the last 2 weeks, I can honestly say {twice a day}... Everything that was said it would do, it does, even lost 7lbs in 2 weeks. I mix it twice a day with my protein drink as a replacement meal. I don't experience hunger like I thought I would. I just eat an apple or munch on rare veggies, if I start to thing I'm hungry. Before trying the PureHealth Metabolic Greens my stomach was giving me problems and weight would fluxes. I have started taking metabolic greens since july 3rd 2020 to have more energy and lose some belly fat. I was never big to begin with but my belly has always been bigger than i like.
