I used to buy from another brand not on iherb but these are way cheaper and pretty much do the same thing. they help with neurotransmitters along with the right nutrition. and help accelerate healing of tissue. amino acids are very useful especially if you have problems with digestion

These tablets are large and hard - and are best bitten. Taking 1 tablet with a hot drink softens it in your mouth, making it easier to bite through. They are definitely too large to swallow. But great thing I find is that it boosts my mental energy and mood when taken in the morning. It also doesn't contain B6; we're hearing lately of the severe side effects of having too much of this vitamin.

I have just begun taking this Amino Acid Complex. I take 3 tablets once daily with a meal. However, I opine that the tablet size is a little bit too much big and thick to swallow. The effectiveness is yet to be seen, but my muscle is less sore. There is, to a certain extent, a minor improvement.

This product has all the amino ingredients, good quality, but the size of tablets as usual for amino big, I consume 2 PCs daily, however the taste of this tablet is sweet!.

I deal with Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, which had given me issues with protein digestion and thus leading to low amino acids. This product gives me more energy and is very well tolerated. Happy i bought it.

I gave this 4 stars becasue i know there is a sweet coating on these tablets but its not disclosed on the ingredients??? SO im not fully sure what i am swallowing. That said, i do ntice the effects strongly on my brain clarity and ability to siusgtain attention. Ive been taking 2 tablets- normal dose is 3 but i do eat protein so i dont think i need the full 3 tablets which makes up the 4500mg the manufacturers speak of. The tablets are also huge and hard and dont buy these if you ahve problems swallowing larger pills.

I appreciate all the quality ingredients however, These are too big for me to take so I break them which may be affecting the absorption process. Would be better if these could be in a capsule form. Should prob have 5 ??if not for the size dilemma. When I read a few complaints about the size, I discarded them, but can see why this is an issue for some.

this is a very good product and helps me feel more energized. there is less muscle pain and the muscle strains are relieved faster than usual. It also help me regulate my eating since there is a timetable set prior to taking the supplement. overall quality is very good. This is a great product.
