I'm almost done my first bottle and I've seen an improvement in my stamina. Seeing an increase in my performance. I do Lagree reformer, weights and yoga so I need all the muscle recovery I can get. My chiro is the one who recommended this brand. I wanted a creatine that would make me stronger but not bulky so this works for me.

From my experience with this product, I found to be beneficial to increase strength and endurance in my training. It was easy to take it with my other supplements and pre-workout. The only downside was the taste which I found to be too sweet, but still manageable pretty good creatine, and I found it in a good price.

the creatine is good but I bought this because it said it was unflavoured, it has a citrusy taste which I am not a fan of.
