I got this as it was on sale. I do feel better energy since taking this. I have not noticed any fat loss yet but it's only been 2 weeks.

Makes you sweat indeed, however it does not cut any cravings. I just started using it for 4 days, but honestly I was expecting it cut the hunger. Does not give you energy as it claims. You will probably lose weight because you will eat more consciously and perhaps avoid sweets and bread more. I will give it a chance as I know how I lose weight just from avoiding bad foods, so I will check if these pills helped.

Clamy cold in winter is not fun. I stopped for a few days and tried 1 capsule but it happened again. No other side effect.
