The quality and ingredients of this supplement are good. I use this whey protein as regular diet for training, fitness and workout. The size of the package is as mentioned in description. The benefit is great. The only thing about this supplement is the taste, for me it's too sweet. That sweet it's difficult for me to train. Though it's good quality.

I'd say that this is a chemically artificially flavored protein powder. I say this with my only protein powder exposure being pea protein with dark coca powder that I added myself. The slime texture is odd.. the flavor is fine if you imagine a Walmart off the shelf drink.

The protein powder caused bloating and diarrhea. It's the first time this has happened to me after trying so many brands over the years. Taste is ok only. I can't comment on it's benefit on my training as I stopped taking it after the bad symptoms.

Too sweet! People who do not crave sweetness in their diet, DON'T BUY! Now I have problems finishing the container coz it's really too sweet to my taste!! It states 1g of sugar, but they used a lot of sucralose in it.
