Best curcumin absorption!
I take this product because I remember reading that micellar curcumin has better bio availability than other types of curcumin. I take it so that I can protect my body against cancer and inflammation. But I have also notice that it has helped me to go bathroom more regularly. I am 31 years old and I feel that after I turned 25, my bowel movements have been going "down the drain" lol.
