This is an excellent herb to deal with gut issues and Metagenics is a well-respected and good brand.

Some supplements can upset my stomach. This supplement was easy in my stomach, easy to take. No problems swallowing. No adverse reactions. Will keep using. I experience periodic heartburn and stomach upset, especially after a heavy meal. I have had no issues since taking this, even after overindulging Christmas Day. I will continue use and probably buy again.
