Super helpful!
Works well on square and round buckets. At 70 I have arthritis, weakness from nerve damage and delicate skin. . . this is a great tool. Well made, love the feeling of cast aluminum

Excellent tool - not just
Excellent tool - not just useful for the white buckets sold by Lehmans, it also works great for any large bucket with a lid, like that which I got 25# of popcorn in or the giant tub of sunflower packets from the warehouse club. It concentrates the hammering force in just the right spot so you don't accidentally go thru the top or crack the rim of the buckets. The lid lifter works well also to pry up the lids without snapping off your nails or damaging the lid using a screw driver. I can't think of how it could be better!

The first time I opened
The first time I opened a grain bucket, I did not have the opener/hammer. About 20-30 minutes had gone before I had the lid open! I had this hammer when I opened my second bucket. It took about ONE minute! And no sore fingers! The shipping nearly doubled the price of the hammer, so I am glad that it did not detour me from buying it. Read my words! It. Was. Worth. It!

Great tool. Not only works
Great tool. Not only works on buckets from Lehman's...works on any bucket. I have arthritis and this tool really saves my hands and makes opening any bucket so much easier and less painful.

Brought to get the lids
Brought to get the lids of coconut oil pails. These lids are exceptionally hard to get off and this tool worked great.

Bad bucket opener
Surprised to see a cheap import from China, offered by Lehman's. Surely, a local Amish craftsman could develop a better product. And, watch out for the unreasonable freight cost!
