Excellent for scrubbing stubbornly stuck food and residue. Do not use after it begins to shred, as it will shed small pieces of its metal. Also, it will scratch food AND surfaces, so do not use on coated pans or anything delicate. Other varieties of scrubs will rust on the sink--these has never rusted for me, and I consider these a staple of our kitchen.

I love these metal sponges. They stay strong and don't fall apart. The price was pretty hefty on these ones. At the store I can get them for a third of the cost. Not sure why

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These little scrubbers are one of my essential cleaning tools. They're not only cheap to buy but last almost forever. I love the way this scrubber cleans caked on gunk and doesn't tear up. Instead of falling apart with rough use, it just grows bigger and keeps on cleaning. An added benefit is unlike steel pads that scratch polished surfaces, this scrubber can be pressed lightly to clean but not damage delicate surfaces. These scrubbers have a multitude of uses from household pots and pans to hub caps or even cleaning shower drains. Scotch Brite even thought of individually wrapping one of the scrubbers so it could travel safely in a bucket of cleaning chemicals. Don't leave home without one because you'll end up needing it.

I started using the stainless steel pads when I purchased new stainless steel pots and pans, the pads clean extremely well without damaging my cookware and this I love. Scotch Brite pads are also long lasting, they are maintaining there cleaning ability even after going through the dishwasher several times. DIFINITELY worth the money spent and I am now a permanent purchaser of the Scotch Brite stainless steel pad.

I tried this and I was really surprised at ho wwell it worked and how well it held up. It was able to tackle all my items and get them clean with very little effort. I didnt have to work as had as I would with my other usuall scrubbers. I really put it to the test with 3 diddernt baked on things that I had though would prove very difficult. I was proved wrong, thi smade the clean up the easiest I have had. I will be able to enjoy more now that the clean up isnt so hard and long to do. Very good product. These little scrubbies are the best thing ever they take off anything even on painted surface like a painted stove top with out scratching. They also work on electric stove tops and great on glass. I worked for Merry Maids and that is when I got turned on to them, LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!

I simply love the Scotch Brite Stainless Steel Scrubbing Pads. They are just the right size to hold onto and get down to some heavy-duty scrubbing. They don't rust, splinter or shred. These are all very importent features for a scrubbing pad because nobody wants to pick up a scrubbing pad and find a rusty blob or have it fall apart while they are trying to clean. I've never had a problem with Scotch Brite Stainless Steel Scrubbing Pads and I have a great faith I will continue to be totaly pleased with all Scotch Brite Products. I always seem to be cooking and Scotch Brite Stainless Steel Scrubbing Pads are a must have for baked on foods...I can't live without them in my kitchen
