I like the taste, the gummies to me were much better than the liquid. Just remember to start with a little at a time and then build up to taking more if wanted or needed.

The serving size was 3 gummies, but I would have to take 6 for them to work as well as the Metamusal powder. I will just stick with the powder from now on.
