Metamucil GLP-1 Friendly Psyllium Fiber Supplement, Real Sugar Orange, 130 Tbsp

I grew up with my Grandmother drinking Metamucil every day. I would ask to try it and wrinkle my nose to the texture. Funny how things go, I actually look forward to having a glass of Metamucil everyday myself, now. The flavor and grittiness have improved ten fold over the years. For a kid who wasn’t allowed to have Tang, Metamucil was as close as I could get to the flavor. It’s a quick and easy way to add fiber to your diet.

You have to put in 8oz cup .cold water and mix quickly. Do not like the sugar free. Hard to mix. Been using this on advice of my doctor for fiber and bowls. 2 tablespoons each day. Mostly nighttime use it I found it to work well.

if you're trying to build a good sized log this fiber will help you. if you know you know. if you really really want to clean yourself out take half of the bottle mix it with water and drink it all down it'll feel like a sludge but just do it. then take tablespoon of castor oil and you will have a very solid hardened log running through you cleaning everything out. had a bunch of garlic for an added blowout bonus.

Works great slowly. Doesn’t produce gas. Mixes well so consuming it is easy. The orange flavor has a good taste. Works well overnight for relief.

I take this product everyday after my evening meal. Mixes best with cold water. Taste is satisfactory. Morning after... let's just say it works.

Have used ever since i learned this comes strictly from corn husks. who knew?!. Check/ compare contents on others. They contain oil based, petroleum products. Not good for bodies.

This works if you need to get cholesterol down. need to take at least once a day. my cholesterol in one year went from 264 to 128 the first time about 15 years ago. Always have maintained 180 or below.

Works great for what you think you would need it for. Much less odd filler ingredients than the generic version. It does get gritty so keep stirring and drink quickly to avoid it getting thick.

I actually hate taking metamucil, does anyone like it?! I thought it was for constipation and I live with the opposite! I was skeptical when my doctor told me to use it. but metamucil really truly helps with diarrhea too.

well I thought metamucil was for constipation! I have the opposite with my ibs/spastic colon. I will tell you, it works. my doctor was right to tell me to use it at least once a day now I use it every day, what a difference! I only use it once a day. I have to time it because it should NOT be taken 2 hours prior to or after a meal.
