I at the age of 72 could not swim without a life jacket for the fact I didn't have the breath to swim 10 feet. I took the boat out on South Holstein lake in upper East Tennessee with my son and granddaughters and I had read about the stuff on X but I decided to try it anyway. I had only taken one drop for three days and then I got out of the boat on a calm back tributary and to my amazement I could swim without a life jacket for the first time in 10 years no joke!!!! The only thing was the blue and now I don't care if I wake up looking like a Smurf it works.

Good but stain
It was a very good product. It seemed to have done everything the description said , it will stain your mouth and if it gets on your skin it will stain,but it's still a good product.
