take it with lots of water.
I'm not sure about the effects yet. but these capsules are melt so fast and big. I'm usually really good at swallowing capsules but this one stuck in my throat and from that, I threw up 2 times so far. be careful to take it. don't take 2 capsules at the same time. it's too dangerous, I didn't wanna know. take 1 by 1 with lots of water.
