Metro by T-Mobile $50 Payment PIN w/ $4 Convenience Fee Direct Top Up

Have purchased these in several denominations. Think the longest I have waited for arrival is ten minutes. The $4 fee is ridiculous but still less expensive for me than outting my number on the rest of my family plan (they all are heavy, unlimited data users, I use maybe 1G a month ;))

I'd have given it five stars %26 all caps with two thumbs up BUT .. $4 convenience fee, then tax on top of it?? I've been a MetroPCS Customer for over a decade %26 repeated flat even rate every month through the Metro app on my phone as long as it's not with a Discover card, because that's what they DON'T accept. I currently have no Visa Mastercard which is what brought me here. I also noticed that Metro was the ONLY one that had the service fee when NONE of the other phone companies did. 😕 Other then it costing me $10 more than I normally would pay in the Metro app with a Visa or MasterCard this was EXTREMELY convenient if you're in a jam %26 have no other option or transportation.

I paid for $50 so I'd assume it be $50 but when I get a plan it was $32 dollars and I thought it was cover some of the rest the next pay. It didn't.So I pretty much wasted $18.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, YOU CAN NOT PAY YOUR PHONE BILL AND AND AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. THIS IS A CRIME AND NO ONE IS BEING HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. JUST LIKE WALMART STEALING MONEY FROM GIFT CARDS, THIS ITEM IS THE NEXT SAME THING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been on hold for an 1hr 22mins with a suspended phone line because metro returned this payment and is now my issue appearntly because it was a direct top up and I never received 10 digit pin for card.

Apon using the card the money was reversed from my account and Noone seems to know why and I cannot get my money back.
