Metro By T-Mobile Motorola g Stylus 5G

Motorola is super underrated. This phone is sturdy with good battery life and OIS image stabilization. Great deal for an awesome mid range phone.

I love this phone line, refuse to change it to anything else. the storage and capabilities are amazing. it's responsive. and the stylus has seen me out of issues on so many occasions. meetings and school easily. it's budget friendly. no need to go broke for months paying off something that does the same thing. the look of it is sleek and fancy. I hate putting covers and protection on it because it takes away from the phone. the colors pop. charging on a standard charger can take a bit of time so make sure you buy the 68watt charger. it's a game changer. battery lasts a long time.

I ordered this and decided to pay for it using One Pay. unfortunately when it was delivered I was upstairs and didn't see the notification that it was delivered to my door and I guess someone saw it and took the package. I went through the app to file a claim for the package and had to wait two days before I could do anything. two days later I filled a claim and spoke with customer service and they reassured me that I wouldn't be charged by One Pay. That was June. The first week of July I received a email from One Pay saying that they were going to charge me a payment for the missing/stolen package. I again got in contact with Walmart customer service and spoke to three different people and all of them again reassured me it would be taken care of. the next day I received a email saying my claim was denied and I was charged a payment called again this time nothing but excuses. so I called my bank and let them deal with Walmart and One Pay.
