Setup was easy, It's a good size phone and the font can be enlarged in Settin̈gs so it's easy for this Senior to see. The screen colors are vivid and clear and it has quite a few features I have not used as of now.

We got the phone and after setting it up we were given a temporary phone number to use while we were waiting to get our phone number we were using transfered to this phone. We were waiting a long time for the transfer, then we finally downloaded a new digital sim, and it worked and installed the correct phone number instantly. Happy to get that. Working well ever since.

I love this phone. Not a penny wasted, and I got it on sale! It's a nice size and with a little weight to it. It runs smoothly, but I'm going to recommend you disable any apps you won't use or don't need. I haven't had any processing issues. The back camera takes beautiful videos. No noise issues or weird sounds. And I you get plenty of storage as well! 10/10 from me.

I loved the look and feel of phone. The battery last a long time and has great picture quality. Now my whole family has the same phone.

phone is just that, had to buy a monthly plan after purchase, also do the esim card via online, its easier that plugging it in. im a grampa and did this, you could as well.

this phone is junk I would not waste my money for it it freezes all the time I have to factory reset it several times a week just to get it to semi work

this is not a carrier unlocked phone like it says in the ad everything was working fine but on day 29 they cut off all ur Internet text and calls and even if u have an account with t mobile Walmart has it carrier locked so basically unless you're in need of a $54 paper weight don't buy this scam

this product sim card was damaged. when i inserted it fell out of tray. when i went into straight talk for help i was met with very rude hurtful personnel from straight talk and the store. you cant blame them you guys walmart corporation sets them up for failure. never enough employee for client load. i use to love going to walmart now i hate it. cry everytime i have to, every contact. i want a full refund on this phone and both straight talk phones. and anything else eligible as i will never go back other than for my refund

I bought this phone as a Christmas gift, took it to a phone store they said it was locked to a network. how is it locked to a network when it's new? they just kept saying it had to be unlocked first.
