Great phone for the price

George August 6, 2024

I really like the look of this phone, and the fact that along with the C type cable, it comes with a charger as well, so.ething a lot of companies don't provide now.

Horrible phone

Androidking July 20, 2021

I had a Samsung a51 5g and it was having overheating problems. So I got this phone yesterday. It's specs are not that much different from the Motorola on 5g ace. But it's very disappointing phone. Seeing this phone can't run the game i play. It keeps closing it out. This phone is not worth the money they. Charge it's trash and that's all there is.

Salesman sold us a piece of crap...

Unreliable April 26, 2022

Where do I start with this piece of crap... it's been about 3 months since we purchased this phone and it's been a downward spiral ever since! We'll start with photos - this phone doesn't have a photo galley to view your pictures that you've take. You have to use either google photos or amazon photos (or another photo storage app) which your photos will automatically upload to after you take your photos. You might think that it's a good thing to not have all of your photos stored on your photo because that take up a lot of space but what happens when you want to send a picture in a text message? On any other phone, you would be able to open your text, add a photo (from the phone gallery), and send.... well with this phone, you don't have the phone gallery to be able to pick from. So you have to go into your photo storage app, select the image you want to send, select the share option, select the text message app, find who you want to share it with and than if you are lucky the photo will not be too large and you will be able to send it. If you do happen to try to send a photo through the text the normal way, you will most likely get a message that states "File size will be counted against the users data bucket" so you click OK and you hit send... well on the receivers side, all they see is a blurry picture. And don't even think about trying to send a video! You'll only be able to send a 1 second clip. Continuing to text messages - this is a strange one. I could have my phone sitting next to me all day while working and there won't be any text messages that come through but as soon as I unlock my phone, it blows up. For example, I have many message where the time code on the message coming from someone would be stamped at 3:05 because that's when my phone received the message but I didn't open my phone and the notification didn't come through so 20+ minutes later when I actually open up my phone, guess what? I get the message! How is that acceptable? I have gotten phone calls specifically asking if I've seen the text messages that were sent and I have to say no that I didn't see the messages so then while on the phone I have to open up the text message app and wait to see if the messages come through so that I continue the conversation. Moving onto phone app and calls... The same as many other reviews, I have had called randomly drop off and I can't get back into them. I have to end the call and try calling back. This has been on wifi and network connections. I have also had issues with the phone app in general, I open the app and I have some preset favorites. I have to wait until everything loads (which can take a 2+ minutes) until I can tap on the contact that I want to call. I don't find that to be very safe, if I am out somewhere and there is an emergency, am I expected to wait for my phone to load the contacts to make a call? I should be able to instantly make a call! I have also received called that I had to send to voicemail and I will not get the voicemail notification until HOURS later. For example, I had a call at 4:53 one night and I didn't get the notification that they left a voicemail until the next morning. Bottom line - this is a very unreliable phone and the next time a salesmen is trying to push a phone, I will make sure to look at the reviews BEFORE taking it.
