Metro by T-Mobile Samsung A14 5G, 64GB, Black - Prepaid Smartphone

I love my Metro by T-Mobile Samsung A1 14 5G with 64 gigs the phone is so easy to use. I have lots of memory for all my photos. I like the resolution the sound on it is also great.

I bought this phone for my elderly father. It is a bit to complicated for him. If you are look for a simple to use phone this is not the one. However, when I was testing it, it does have a good camera, and other features.

this one's hard to review because the phone is fine. the seller was the problem. I ordered it from the Walmart website. When it came, the code for the phone and the code on the box were two different phones. I was unable to get it activated. I messaged the seller. no reply no anything. So I returned it. I purchased the same phone from Walmart direct and it's fine. So word to the wise, be careful when selecting items off the Walmart website if it is a third party seller. as for the phone, it's a good easy Samsung android. good memory, easy to use. very much like it

the phone itself was great. it's the service i received. When the phone got shipped it didn't get scanned out of the system the correct way. so when i got the phone it was saying the phone was stolen. so I can't even use the phone. and I got sick with covid so I couldn't return it by the date i was supposed to. when i was covid free i tried to return the phone and was told i could not. so now i have a phone that i can't even use Or return to get my money back.

This turned out to be a stolen phone that could not be activated. My grandson, who I gave this to as a Christmas gift, was devastated. This is illegal. The seller of this phone should be prosecuted.
